Employees’ Enrolment Scheme 2025
- One-time window to enrol eligible employees left out of EPF coverage between 1st July 2017 and 31st October 2025.
- Employers may declare employees who joined between 01.07.2017 and 31.10.2025. Waiver of employee share if not deducted from salary. Employers must remit employer share, interest (Section 7Q), admin charges & ₹100 penal damages.
- Establishments under inquiry (Section 7A, Para 26B, Para 8 of EPS-1995) remain eligible with only ₹100 penal damages.
- Scheme valid from 1st Nov 2025 – 30th Apr 2026.

Pradhan Mantri Viksit Bharat Rozgar Yojana
Part A: Incentive to First-Time Employees
- Employee must join EPFO-registered or exempted establishment.
- Employees eligible if gross wage ≤ ₹1 lakh.
- Incentives: one month’s wage (Basic + DA), max ₹15,000.
- Paid in 2 instalments:
- ₹7,500 after 6 months of employment.
- Remaining after 12 months + financial literacy completion.
- UAN must be Aadhaar-authenticated.
- Incentive via DBT (ABPS).
Pradhan Mantri Viksit Bharat Rozgar Yojana
Part B: Support to Employers
- Employers incentivized for creating additional EPFO jobs.
- Benefit: ₹3,000/month per employee.
- Duration: 4 years (manufacturing), 2 years (others).
- Applicable for wages ≤ ₹1 lakh.
- Funds into PAN-linked bank accounts.
- Employers with <50 employees: must hire 2 extra employees.
- Employers with 50+ employees: must hire 5 extra employees.
